Hi All,
I kinda just want to bring this to the attention, cause I feel like I am not progressing at all with this.
As many others I pre-ordered the Collectors edition, sadly the package never arrived at my home in September or August.
After a bit more waiting I decided to contact the supportdesk of the tracking company GLS.
They declared the package to be lost in shipping and after that I contacted Larian Support.
I have been having an one-side converstation with their support now, me having to constantly ask for an update, but never really getting an update.
In my own opinion I have been quite patient and calm in every turn and communication I have had so far with the 10 different people I spoke with through mail and phone converstations.
After 2 months I heard that they have send a replacement package towards me, you would think this was the end of the story, but sadly this is just the beginning.
I was told I would receive a new tracking number from the delivery company, but never received this.
Once again I made contact with the Larian Support and they would try and get this shipping code from the delivery company. (unsure if this is GLS again or another company)
Though 2 months later again I still don't have any codes, tracking or updates. I message them once every week for an update, not in an angry way just kindly, but I seem to be stuck in a loop of keeping to ask for the intel...
My question is does anybody know who I could contact that could help me out?
