I choose to help deliver Isobel by knocking her down so the wing-guy could take her away. This resulted in disappearing of barrier and thus, shadows attacking everyone. Before the fight, Jaheira asked what happened and I told her I wanted to see how she will handle things without Isobel. She then yelled at me a lot, fight started and finished, after which Jaheira told how bad I am to the point I had to do Intimidation to let her know that attacking me wasn't the best option for her. This resulted in her saying something about trying make way to the city (or something along those lines).

To be clear: this is what I wanted.

But after finishing whole Act she showed up in the throne room and was having dialogue options like nothing happened. Even her Harper quest activated after allowing her into my camp. I think what she was telling me was basically the same I've seen when playing first time and saving everyone. Is this a bug? Maybe I understand her wrong about getting away and not wanting to know me, that I should die, etc.
What could be important here is that I choose to let Nightsong be taken by Balthazar, which resulted in Shadowheart leaving my party, and no fight directly in towers. Funny thing is that Nightsong actually reacted to my behaviour, although a little bit less bluntly than I expected.
