There's multiple issues with that code as it can mean many things. You said it's a new console, so it's possible it could be a faulty system. But we'll save that for last. Here's some workarounds to see if it's a firmware issue first and foremost these two seemed to of solved it for some people, while others still have no luck :

HDCP : Step 1: Go to Settings on your PS5 console.

Step 2: Select the System category.

Step 3: In the left pane, select HDMI. In the right pane, toggle off the button for the option Enable HDCP.

After disabling HDCP, you can check whether the error CE-108255-1 disappears.

If you have an account on another PS5/4 try restoring the licenses of the games :

go to settings > users and accounts > other > console sharing and offline play > disable > all games and apps will be closed. Do you want to continue? - yes -You've disabled [Console Sharing and Offline Plat] on this PS5 - OK - press the PS button - shutdown. Open the same account on the PS5 producing error CE-108255-1. Go to settings - users ans accounts - other - Console Sharing and Offline Play - Enable - You've enabled [Console Sharing and Offline Play] on this PS5 - OK - Restore Licenses - Restore - OK

See if it fixes it, if it continues to do it, its highly likely the hardware of the system is faulty.
