I’m experiencing all the same things on PS5.
c50hrs into 2nd playthrough, got to Act3 and it’s just unplayable. So much do I’m not going to finish it (for now).
Had no problems in my first playthrough (c280hrs).
Really hoping Patch5 will be our saviour.
