just to chime in real quick: currently i dint have a playthrough with karlach, so if someone could maybe post a summary (WITH SPOILERTAG)about the epilogue where karlach & tav (+maybe wyll) went to avernus, id appreciate it.
and i agree with the others here, we should have low expectations in terms of changes for karlach.
