As of Patch 5, it still hasn't been fixed/rolled back. I was genuinely so excited about this patch, because I really hoped Larian would fix this. But I loaded up my game and welp, there goes any excitement or interest I had left in playing BG3. Maybe we need to make another round of bug reports? idk... at this stage, I doesn't look like they care about fixing it.
Oh man....I was so hopeful reading through the patch notes thinking all the adjacent changes might have meant this got fixed but didn't get listed specifically. I have tried a few times to get back into it since patch 4 but this just drives me nuts and I end up moving on to something else instead. Fingers crossed Patch 6 fixes it.
