So after half hour waiting time I could get to customer support.
And we had a long conversation testing figure out what is wrong with BG3 performance.
After patch 4 the game just froze for a lot and it's generally have bad performance. And a lot of us mybe even you hou are reading. We all got an Rtx 2080 this is why we have some huge problem with textures not loading. I don't even noticed that the graphics card is different.
They are continously switching BG3 Cyberpunk to rtx 2080 and hoping noone notice this. Both games fps is around 16-30 fps.
So no matter what you do or contact customer support they will not do anything. Currently the game is running better on SteamDeck even docked . And this is awful.
I suggest not to subscribe to them. They want to lure the customers with Call of Duty and they give those players the 4080 3080 - 3060 rigs a rest is just getting 2080.
I am sure this is a business opportunity for them. But it's bad for us.
Adding one more thing to the situation I installed on the Microsoft surface pro 8 and I managed to run it stable 30 frames /second whit fsr 2.2.
