Patch 5 honour mode just came out. There are changes in some of the combats. For instance, I didn't know what would be different about the owlbear fight until I was in the owlbear fight. People are spoiling things willy nilly in certain threads, including the patch release threads. Like the new epilogue stuff that I haven't gotten to yet because I started a fresh playthrough.
I'm not asking the whole of the internet to use spoiler tags. Just the folks here on this forum.
