For me it also crashes on PS5 since Patch 5, also with the newest hotfix. It loads to 75%, then takes some time, jumps to 100% and even starts playing music before it crashes.
Seems to be for all manually saved games, but not for autosaves. Before the patch everything worked fine. Also tried a new campagne, there everything works.
