It could be nice to have a widget or something that actively shows what your character is currently concentrating on. (As opposed to a pop-up because heck knows I don't need more pop-ups in my life)
Especially as it could be helpful outside of casting multiple concentration spells (Like, when debating whether to risk walking through Grease/Ice where failing a save and going prone can end your concentration)
