At this point, I think Larian simply doesn't get why making a character in D&D is important. Not just important, but the most important thing.
There are so many things about this game that give away the fact that all Larian wanted was to be able to make a game with the D&D name, but not a real game for D&D fans. The fact that you can't even roll dice for, or point-buy the stats for YOUR MAIN CHARACTER is a dead giveaway. The continued idiocy that is the hireling system is more proof. Listen, I'm really glad that you care so much about the sexual appetites of your origin characters, but I could not possibly care any less about
how much their junk jiggles or not. Until I can make a party of custom characters without using a mod, I'll never play this game again, but I'm sure Larian doesn't care about that, because they already got my money.
