Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Help Tips & Tricks "Can't reach" the Lever?

I am being told that I "can't reach" the lever hidden behind the wooden crates in the basement of one of the buildings in the 'blighted village.' I've moved the crates out of the way, and my character is right next to the lever, and it's still telling me "can't reach." Is there some questline I need to finish before I can access this? Or is this a bug?

Game thinks its much higher than it is, find some crate and stand on it.

It's a bug, some things are out of "reach" at the moment as of Patch 5.
Finding a crate and standing on it is a workaround.

Adding my weight to plenty things being "out of reach" in this patch. 2nd time I tried to go down the well in blighted village it does nothing but say "can't reach" every time you click on that bigass well which is very much within reach - also various potions on shelves and the little perception check bag on Guts altar in her chambers have all said no to me.

Potions can be reached by Magic hand
Just be sure to relocate them, and not throw them.

I believe the worlds tiles are out of sync, would explain the ladder issues, being unable to interact with some objects and pathing issues.

"Can't Reach" the hidden skeleton with the magic ring lying at your feet in the bibberbang patch where you rescue Baelen either(in addition to bookcases, levers, containers and other lootables). Hope this gets hotfixed soon, this "can't reach" thing is one of the more annoying and widespread bugs I've encountered since early release went live.

+1 - cant reach quite a few things this time through...guess its just feedback they will fix it.
