So, Shadowheart died on the Nautiloid and decided not to revive her. The artefact did not come to me in the camp before the release of Patch 5.

Is this supposed to happen now? I understand the artefact wouldn't have come to me if Shadowheart had been alive and met up with her at the Druid Grove or before entering the goblin camp. I know that Shadowheart's quest will be unavailable and I am okay with that too. Again, I am not reviving her at all as I am trying a different playthrough after watching someone playing the game on Twitch.

I reviewed the latest Patch 5 notes and saw nothing about this matter. It is possible I missed it, as it is a HUGE patch.

Does anyone else know of something strange with this artifact now?

You weren’t able to loot the artefact off her body on the nautiloid?

This artifact is not an item that can be looted. Who gets it is completely handled by the game engine. No worry. If it is in your main character's inventory, that just means the game believes you now should have it.

that seems odd, but okay. I am just enjoying and having fun playing the game

nope. not sure if it is just a glitch on the PS5 or not, but I love this game and enjoying it too
