How about Instant death and resurrection by Withers for 2000 (or more) GC?
Resurrections are part and parcel of DnD, hence I am not too bothered by tis, but are quite expensive in pnp version. The cheapness is galling.
Then again, in BG1 (or was it 2?) Jaheira used Harpers Call to rezz for FREE.
