This happend to me and this is how I got passed it.
Astarion came down for me which increased the bugg as I enterd the door. Kinda dumb but anyways.
Use the elevator 1 at the time. If its the same for you as for me your crew is "stuck" in the air. Just misty step or similar to get back up and use the elevator.
