I can't complete the first Auntie Ethel encounter, I defeated her and received the Hag Hair but one of her illusions persists and won't die. I tried pushing her into the chasm, fleeing and coming back, reloading, not sure what else to try. Any work arounds? This is on Honour Mode if it makes a difference
