I tried that way and she doesn't show up in act II.
I killed the other leaders first, so the whole camp was hostile. I knocked her out and her corpse dissappeared once I got into act II but she is nowhere to be found in moonrise tower.
This sucks. I am in honour mode so not even a way to reload
