I'm having the same issue
I was waiting for patch 5 on mac to wrap up the game, but now i'm stuck in this added epilogue party because some of the characters don't want to talk to me: Dog, Karlach and Sceleton dude as well (so i can't finish the game). When i try to talk to them it says start conversation as usual, but then nothing happens.
Tried to go back a bit to make different choices (let Karlach die for example) but have the same issue.
When i said i didn't want this game to end i didn't mean it like that.
