The BAFTAs are not about the character nor their popularity, they're purely about the performance itself which brings life to a character and Dave Jones absolutely did that just like the rest of the cast. Which is why it's important to separate the dislike of the character itself and the talent behind the character that brings it to life.

Would he be my personal choice? Not really, but there's no denying that Halsin is wonderfully brought to life as a chill and reasonable Druid that likes to experience life as a free spirit in all shapes and forms, which is why I personally like the fella. Couldn't care less how he looks or who he likes to sex in whichever form, his stories are very interesting to listen to and quite hilarious at times, I loved the one about how he got his scars ^^

My personal nominee would be Emma Gregory for her performance as Minthara, because she is in my opinion miles above anyone else's supporting role and criminally forgotten because of Larian's f*** up. Her voice mannerisms are utter perfection that really embody the Lolth inside her and I love how playful she gets with it whenever she nonchalantly wants to execute someone, like Sazza for example. Incredibly powerful performance that makes my ears perk up any time she speaks grin

She is to me in BG3 what HK-47 was in Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic.
