This is a wizard tale, it needs more than ten words:
I had just multiclassed Gale into Wild Magic Sorcery, when the party ran into the bulette. Gale rolled second to last on initiative, the bulette went last. Gale's wild magic triggered, turning everybody but Astarion (and the bulette) into cats, Astarion became a black dog. The bulette then did its belly splash, instantly killing Gale, downing Shart and Lae'zel and sending both of them into the necrotic aura of Gale's corpse. Astarion was left to sort out the whole mess and deal with Gale's projection. It was marvelous.
As for funny kills: Boo got the last bite on Orin yesterday. Take this Slayer!

Oh no xD I knew this story was going downhill the moment you said "Wild Magic" 8'D Landing in Gale's Necrotic Aura is just the cherry on top 8') When you said all cat party, my brain did a montage of this:
I think it might be a lot of fun, if I just had an entire party of enlarged owlbears, or displacer beasts. I honestly wonder if it's possible to take down every steel guard in Balder's Gate by landing on them from a very high vantage. My heart says yes, but it also says, I'll die a lot attempting it 8'D
Have you ever thrown boo using different characters? They all have different voicelines, like if you throw Boo using Astarion he says "GO FOR THE THROAT BOO!" or "EAT HAMSTER, FIEND!"

The whole gang is currently happily throwing the hamster instead of using their actually useful skills to get the full Boo-experience. XD
Wild Magic is great. The whole cats & dogs thing turned saving Isobel into a petting zoo experience the last time around (Isobel and Astarion were the only ones left normal while Karlach went full Labrador) and Marcus spent most of the fight as a cat, prone on a frozen puddle. It was hilarious and made the fight utterly easy.
