I just want to know if this is normal. My save state did not involve a single aggroed NPC in the entire tower. I attacked 0 NPCs around the entire tower. My save game just altered itself each time I tried to reload.
It's not normal, but it is interesting. I've only had dialogue bug out into the good old "1. Continue" a couple times after a reload.
