Same. Also in a save started before Patch 5, no mods ever used. I feel it is mostly in the main hall of Moonrise and the side with the kitchen. The one with the sleeping quarters, the outside and the prison was normal, as was the Oubliette, the Wardens tower was laggy, especially for reactions like counterspell.
