I typically pick Male #7, because it's the closest thing to being vaguely "gruff", which fits the type of characters I made so far.
Frankly I don't think anyone of them is BAD, but it's more than a bit puzzling how little they differ from each other and how little range they cover, in terms of fitting for different type of characters.

Realistically I realize that when a game is FULLY VOICED you can't have a million of options (even if unlike other NPCs, the Main Characters in this game voice only a minority of their lines) but I wish they could use at least some expedient to create a more convincing illusion of variety, like for example passing some of the already-existing voice sets through some AI filter to alter them.
I'd love to have the scottish dwarf or the orc with the booming, deep voice, for instance.
