I was able to load, equip a 2h weapon on another character, and then switch it to origin Lae'zel: This unequipped the swapped weapon BUT allowed me to speak to withers and respec...
After changing class to druid (to try shapeshift workaround) she has no new spells/actions still, and pulling up spell list shows an empty screen under druid tab.
This bug is game-breaking if it happens to the main character.
