This is a small gripe, but it's so annoying the way some of the races have default selections that include makeup or highlights in their hair.
To me, it makes a lot more sense to start with a neutral canvas. Those things should be left off by default.
Also, it's weird that the default body type is female when the stats show that the vast majority of characters being built are male. I'm basing this on Larian's post about the typical character being a somewhat "generic" white male human. If that's the case, and I believe it is, why is that not the default?
Again, it's not the biggest issue, but it is a slight annoyance in every playthrough.
