A pretty straight to the point bug that doesn't need a screenshot/video; the Disguise Self femme Githyanki shapeshift form for some odd reason has a penis instead of a vagina.

Out of all the available female forms, the Githyanki form is the only one that has this bug.

These are not the tentacles Lae'zel warned us about

I saw this while romancing Karlach. I had shapeshifted into the Githyanki female while going on that date with Karlach and to my surprise when my female character got naked she had a penis.

Definitely a bug.

Would you consider it a big bug or a small bug? Details are important, you know.
