I've done a couple of playthroughs as an oathbreaker, and it's annoying to see that "Paladin Oaths and Their Tenets" book in my backpack, as if staring at me.
Taunting me. Judging me.
So, naturally, I want to get rid of it, but technically I can't; it may be out of my inventory, but it still exists, somewhere, in the game world, and knowing that it does irks me.
Shouldn't there be a way to burn it in one of the many braziers in the game? Sadly, nothing happens when you do this; the object just sits there in the fire. I also tried to throw it down an apparently endless chasm, only to find it later in the underdark, mocking me yet again. The Grymforge hammer didn't work either. Would leaving it in the monastery and activating the lens do the trick? I kinda want to see it destroyed on screen, though.
Any other ideas on getting rid of this self-righteous, holier-than-thou tome forever?
