User can utilize magic to create anything out of certain materials or magical energy, in any shape or form even with any kind of materials or even entities.

Not to be confused with Creation Magic.

User is able to create entirely new forms of magic or create magic it self, including crafting/designing their own rules, limitations, maximum potentials, taboos, and everything else necessary for the new form of magic they created regardless if it where similar form magic before

The user is capable of creating brand-new spells and using them, sometimes on the fly. The user can combine two or more spells together to create a new spell that is similar.

The ability to manipulate paint/pigment and make the paintings real.

The user can create/generate, shape and manipulate paint, both the physical substance and paintings, including entering and manipulating them.

This magic attribute allows the user to manifest a palette and a paintbrush which they use to generate and manipulate paint. Illustrations made with this paint can come to life

This magic is extremely versatile because of the paint's abilities to create anything the user imagines and to transform into any element, allowing the user to counter most magic attributes.

A user's emotional state greatly affects their creativity and, by extension, their magic.

Enjoyment and happiness can fuel their imagination, while frustration and anger can stifle it.

This magic painting depicts a beast, a dragon, or a monstrosity.

When a command word is spoken, the creature springs to life, leaving the canvas blank as it appears in the nearest unoccupied space next to the painting.

The creature understands your verbal commands, but can’t speak, cast spells, or use legendary actions even if its statistics would normally allow it to do so.

It regards you as its companion and obeys your commands as best as it can, taking its turn on your initiative.

After 1 hour has passed, or if the creature dies before then, it returns to the canvas.

Once this property has been used, it can’t be used again until 7 days have passed.

The GM chooses the depicted creature or determines it randomly.

The maximum challenge rating of the creature is determined by the painting’s rarity.

The paint can be used to paint real objects into existence.

This will require (...) some sort of tool to paint with, such as a paintbrush.

You make a Performance check, with advantage if you are proficient in the item you are painting with, or if the thing you are trying to paint is in front of you. The result of the check determines the state of the painting created as shown below:

On a 5 or less, the object is painted, but it is so disproportional and messy that it collapses into nothing the moment it becomes real.

On a 6-10, the object becomes real, but is quite broken.

Anyone who looks at it will instantly know its a painting, and if it is a weapon, you have disadvantage on any attack rolls made with it.

On a 11-15, the object acts almost exactly like the real thing, and anyone who looks at it will have to succeed on a DC 15 Perception check to identify whether it is real.

However, the properties are less than perfect, with a painting of a candle staying stock still, or a painting of a river catching fire.

On a 16-20, the object will be completely lifelike, and will be virtually identical to its real counterpart.

No matter how realistic the painting was, it is still susceptible to liquid.

If any of these objects touch water, they will melt into a crumpled heap and be destroyed.
