Only later did I notice that multiclassing into Ranger gives up to 3 skills - one from general "Ranger list"*, any one from Arcana, History, Investigation and Religion from Natural Enemy, plus Sleigh of Hand from Urban Tracker as part of Explorer.
IMO an interesting combination with Bard, Rogue or Knowledge Cleric if one is martialy inclined. And "frees up" two skill slots from starter class.
