Then why include evil choices at all in the game?

I think it's clear that the game came out unfinished, this can be proven by the fact that like 4 months after release they finally added an epilogue. A direct quote from the developers is "So we shortcutted it sometimes. Players were right to be upset about it, that's why we added the epilogues'' (this quote is taken from this IGN article: https://www.ign.com/articles/baldurs-gate-3-final-interview-game-of-the-year-2023-characters-endings) The developers are very open about how things were unfinished even at release, and with them adding the large epilogue in the newest update, it shows they are willing to add big content patches to the game. The problems with evil choices aren't the innate choices, but what follows those choices, which is usually absolutely nothing. Evil choices don't need a full overhaul where everything changes, they just need some small minor side quests to follow them up later in the game. As it stands now, you can make evil choices in the game, you can make a bunch of them, it's just that nothing comes of them. My original post was about an expanded evil path, and a lot of people seem to agree and offer constructive advice on what they would like to see expanded on in the game. "offering Lump and the ogres a feast of tiefling flesh could gain their allegiance as camp followers and allow unlimited use of Lump's War Horn for the rest of the game." This was an idea left by commenter doubledeviant, and I love that idea. This would greatly expand the character of the ogres, who are really cool, but you only get to meet once in the game and never again not counting the one charge of the horn you have (From what I've seen). We aren't asking for big grandeur changes, but small addictions like that, because additions like that would go a long way to solidifying an evil playthrough as one worth rivalling a classical good playthrough in terms of quality of content.

To summarize quickly, we just want an equally treated evil path. Because as it is now, the evil path is painfully unfinished when compared to the good path.
