I do not have Lae'zel in my Party as I find her annoying, hence Git Only gear is not so relevant for me.
The DEX18 Gloves are a must buy, of course, same as the Defender Fail. For some reason I see the latter as a Must Have Accessory for Female Clerical Figures (must be my inner Drow speaking :P).
