FYI.
Microsoft reps told me this morning that we�re going to start issuing refunds for the save loss bug.
You have to call them, the form on the website automatically rejects digital download refunds.
I�ve now lost a total of 200 hours of saves. My son has lost twelve hours. My wife lost three hours. That�s 215 hours of time they stole from us out of incompetence.
We have done what Larian says would fix the issue. It never has. Larian doesn�t even respond to support tickets in any reasonable amount of time.
So, I�m getting a refund and won�t be purchasing anymore products from Larian until the folks in charge of this trash fire are working somewhere else.
