sorry but its clearly a Larian issue that has little to do with Microsoft... the xbox servers are hardly new and Larian will have back door access to code from Microsoft so its hard to see how they never got around to doing a real world test before kicking it out the door
i am surprised Microsoft is willing to give a refund so early but they can do with the good will
