I have the Phalar Aluve sword equipped by my main character. The sword description is correct. When I hover over the Singing Buff by my character portrait, however, the description is the following:

"All allies within 6m of range have 1d4 bonus to mental attacks."

I then checked my combat log and I was not getting the singing attack roll bonus buff with my bow.

Can someone please let me know if this is a bug or if the sword was nerfed post patch 4?

The Singing buff provides a bonus to MENTAL ATTACKS.

Specifically by providing allies with 1d4 bonus to their CHR, WIS and INT saving throws.

The Shriek debuff provides the opposite effect of reducing enemies CHR, WIS and INT saving throws by 1d4. With the secondary benefit of also adding 1d4 Thunder damage to any attacks that hit them.
