You cant reliably get rid of Halsin though, sure Orin can take care of him, but Minthy and Halsin will live in one tent(horrible fate for her if you ask me) and Halsin will have more then enough time to "confess" his feelings and do his stuff even at 0 approval. Yes sure you can try to rush the lower city and sewers, but it ruins whole rp aspect imo.
