Hotfix 16 is impossible for the players. Excuse me for beuing blunt, but the bugs arwe game breaking.
Most of these reported bugs are caused by running incompatible mods. Rule #1 of using mods is DO NOT UPDATE YOUR GAME UNTIL MODS ARE UPDATED. The only bug I have run into post patch is that the repelling blast doesn't turn off when you toggle it off.
