I've been attentive to all lines with my companions, avoiding anything that even remotely resembles flirting. Will still asks to dance at night. Only Shadowheart and Carlach haven't tried anything. While it's been written about Karlach that she herself is being active towards Tav, perhaps she does have some triggers that set off "romantic behavior".
