I love my mods too, it's grown up to 133 but I recently had to disable them for a multiplayer run :'3
Can you give more details on how your save games are broken? Like what issues are you experiencing, and which platform do you play on? I completed 2 playthroughs even with the many updates Larian has done. I suggest getting help on Larian Discord server (they have a mod support channel) as the forum is very hard to access nowadays but I understand if Discord is not your cup of tea.
