I should have been more clearer, my character was not evil. Even with dark urge you can follow the good path, with some changes, but not enough to lose lots of approval from companions like Wyll, Gale or Karlach. Never got an offer to dance or anything from Wyll. I did rush with the saving the grove quest, though, because I wanted to recruit Minthara the new way. In shadowlands it turned out, the character with the highest approval was Laezel.
The only time where I've got an offer from Wyll was on my Gale playthrough. So I think it is a combination of what you say to them (e.g. with Gale if he offers to show you magic and you refuse) and how high is the approval at story points, like the tiefling party. Perhaps there is a specific dialogue option with Wyll too. With Gale, refusing to do magic together seemed to cool his advances.
I just remembered, my tiefling party bugged out on that run, and my character could not talk to anyone. So perhaps it is that with Wyll, when you comfort him when he stands alone during that party?
