Background:
I've beaten the game on Tactician. And I died 20 hours in on my HM run. I'm now on Act 1 on my third run (also HM). I went w/ the Dark Urge.
So, I got to The Grove and when I got to the area where the Druids are I accidentally clicked on a key. A tiny bird (literally, a bird) saw me and alerted a Druid. Next thing I see is a cut scene where some Druid beats down on a Tiefling. I get into a fight with the bird and two other Druids. The rest of the Druids run off and murder all the other Tieflings. At this point, I killed the 2 Druids (and tiny bird) that were fighting me and The Grove is totally empty. I go on to steal the statue thing that is protecting The Grove because I never tried that before.
Get outside of the Druid area and everyone is murdered. Even Wyll. I loot his body and use a Resurrect Scroll (that was on him) and he comes back to life as if nothing happened. I send him back to camp.
Then, I see Khaga holed up in the prison with some other Druids, who are showing up as red dots/enemies on my mini map. I attack them. IDK how, but at lvl 2 I manage to kill Khaga (84hp), as well as five other Druids, including Alfira (the Bard) and that one short merchant.
I have yet to speak with Minthara. I have the statue that is protecting The Grove.
Questions:
- I was attacked by the Druids (for accidentally "stealing" a key) before I got a chance to speak with Alfira. She is now dead as I killed her during my fight with Khaga. Does this mean I won't get the cloak for my Dark Urge character? I really want that cloak ...
- What the hell do I do next? I haven't spoken to Minthara yet and I have the statue. The Grove is now one giant poisonous gas now.
- Is there a way to still get the cloak and recruit Minthara?
- Anything else I should know? Like, did I lose out on some awesome loot? I'm OK with killing everyone as I wanted to do an evil run from the start (went "good" on my first run).
