This is very funny, some people argue that he does have a lot of content and then some he say doesn't even have a proper quest.
I mean, on one hand he is tied to one of the possible game ending, but if you don't go for the nuclear option the chat with Mystra is the last event you have with him until the very end. At least to me his path feels lacking.
