So, I just played this yesterday. And I have noticed that they have fiddled with the ending a little bit. Formerly, you had to walk up to Mayrina and click on her to trigger dialogue. Now it triggers automatically as soon as the hag leaves. For me, I did the option where she freed Mayrina and I took the hag hair. A cutscene with Mayrina triggered immediately afterward. Everything seem to run as normal. Sorry to not be of any help, just wanted to let you know that mine is working on PC
