I'm not sure if you tried this yet, but if you negotiate for the hair and maryna with the hag, maybe it will pop up? It's possible this new cutscene is tied directly to the hag speaking to the player. She can't talk if you cast silence on her. If you hit her in melee while her hp is low, she should speak to you. It's *possible* this is all a bug and the two cut scenes became tied together
