I need some tactical suggestions for a mission to attend Huey, Dewey and Louie on their camping trip in an abandoned temple of the moon. This is my second play-through, difficulty is "tactician".

It has been suggested in conversations acting with subtlety might lead to preferable results, however, any exit Huey
Dror Ragzlin
appears to perma-aggro the entire base, regardless of how indirect my involvement is.

Here are two video evidents of two attempts. In both cases, I previously positioned two barrels next two Huey's chair. In the second attempt I also broke the drum set beforehand, because anybody playing it would cause instant perma-aggro throughout the base.

The stealth checks succeed, I am not addressed by guard (i.e. when the chain is set off but Huey is still around) or entering combat initially, I stay long enough for the NPCs to investigate my original position and the marker disappears. Yet, I still have perma-aggro.

Note: Huey will more often than not often remain given this exact setup, rather than making an exit.
I am not involved in any fighting at all, throughout the engagement. Nobody is hostile towards me. Yet the moment that Huey makes an exit, I get perma-aggro throughout the entire temple.

So, the question, is there way to get the job done without causing aggro? It doesn't appear this way...

There is no way to kill Ragzlin without making the entire camp hostile, it's hard-coded to happen the moment he dies.

I would:
1. Wait until Crusher is standing on the bridge outside
Push him down and pocket the ring. The other goblins are only exp bags (and the ring can't be stolen)
2. Use various opportunities to kill goblins in "blind spots" around the fortress. This should rid you of at least 10 combatants
3. If you're far away from the Zhents when starting combat proper, and long rest after point 2, they'll run away
4. Get Halsin from the cellar
5. The only enemies left are Ragzlin, Minthara and some minor goblin bosses (who can all be taken out using stealth and timing, but that's tricky).
6. Get Halsin
7. You now only need to take out a lone Minthara and Ragzlin

This approach is over cautious, but it works if you're under leveled.

The simplest way is kill everyone else before that. Then there is nothing to aggro. That is what I do in all my runs.

i had the same issues. managed to murder the goblin priestess by silencing her and being stealth about it, but then you can't just get rid of that guy without aggroing the entire goblin pack.
sucks because the game specifically says "you dont need to kill everyone, but only get rid of the 3 bosses, after that, the goblins will sort themselves out"
but this doesn't really happen.

Did you destroy the 2 war drums in that room and the one war drum outside?

I agree with the "kill other Bosses and their Minions" beforetackling Ragzlin strategy.

Gut is easy - kill her in her office.

Minthara is easy - throw into chasm/lure onto bridge and collapse it

Massacre Gawblins in branding room - then release Spiders and follow them - they are great distraction for Ragzlin's goons.
Another possibility is Death From Above - attack from rafters and shove/Thunderwave melee fighters that come up to you. STR 21 from potions recommended smile

no need to, i pushed most of them to the spiders below. they were all gathered there, they were just asking for it... the spiders had fun.
only the boss himself and a couple others remained, but i monitored them and no one sounded the drums or even got close.

Why is it important wether the goblin camp goes aggro or not? The only person in the surrounding of some importance is the Zhentarim vendor in the temple, and they changed it some time ago so that she disappears after the killing of DR and does not lure you into killing her any longer.
