Is it intended for a re-attempt at a failed trap disarm to require inspiration and not allow to simply use another toolkit? I have a stack of over 10 trap disarm toolkits, but any time that I get a bad roll and fail at disarming a trap, I have to use up inspiration instead of being able to use another toolkit, unlike failing at picking locks just using up another Thieves' Tools.
