I will try Wildheart/Bearheart on Minsc. I don't see him as Ranger, he even talks about himself as Barbarian. He uses "Berserker" to name himself, also a good choice, but I think because of his special relation to some animals he fits as Wildheart.
Main reason, Karlach (a thrower, 5 Barbarian-Berserker/3 Rogue-Thief/4 Fighter-Eldritch Knight) died me too fast yesterday, after a discussion with a mean mummy. One reason surely was that I (again) had forgotten to bind her weapon, but she was also too weak to non-physical damage. Going to at least 7 in Barbarian also solves another problem I have with the thrower build, little initiative, which forces me to use a + initiative armor instead of Adamant scale, as initiative is the most important stat in Honour mode in my opinion.
