You could possibly try to spawn a scroll to revive your main. There is a mod called "Spawn Any Item"
https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/426 which works great. I used it for example to spawn me a pair of gloves which I had sold in Act 1, but needed in Act 3 for a build idea (never sell magical stuff ...).
The Scroll of Revivify has the UUID as follows: c1c3e4fb-d68c-4e10-afdc-d4550238d50e, it should be a spawnable item.
Don't tell us you are on console.
