Hello guys. I have this issue too when I got Minthara with the knock out exploit.
There is actually a button to toggle this on PC (sorry PS5 folks) just press U and she will sheathe her weapons. She will unsheathe it again later (or least that’s what I’m seeing in my game) but it seems to stay for a long time. I don’t necessarily mind since she looks badass with the flail I gave her but I see how it can bug some people. Hopefully they fix this soon, along with the other dozen issues Minthara has.
