I'm more annoyed by the muscular appearance of males, and the breast hair for half elves. I like it slim, slimmer than the BG3 normal body. In my first playthrough I played indeed a male elf cause I had planned a Barbarian running around half naked with only loincloth. That soon changed to a ranged Fighter with a bit more clothing on, I had better played as half elf, like my EA char on the left.
