The friendly relationships between Tav and companions, in general, build up quite well in my opinion. You get their approval, you help on their quests, you get friendly lines from them, in general, by the end of the game, everyone generally likes you. And there's clearly a problem with the unity of the compaine (the relationships between all the characters on the team) in BG3. Indeed, it feels like they don't care about each other for the most part. This is especially evident in their lines in those situations when something bad happens to someone from the compain. Of course, there are "friendly" remarks between them from time to time, but in general, the game is tied to the interaction between Tav and the companions, the companions themselves are not deeply friends with each other. Romance will help you to maximally reveal and get to know the character with whom you will have an affair, of course, you will become much closer to each other, other companions and friendly relations with them it does not affect in any way.
